Festival Summer Season

Camp Bestival - Once apon

We’ve made it!….

We’ve just finished our last display of the summer season – the key word has been mud, mud and more mud! But,  we’ve ended on a high with glorious sunshine at Bestival on the Isle of Wight.  The crowd loved the show – especially the combination of a huge aerial display of fireworks in the sky and smaller pyrotechnics with flame spitters that went off around the arena at the same time.  The confetti canons were a massive hit – we covered the 30 thousand strong crowd in the main arena with confetti for about 2 minutes!. We must have set off over three quarters of a tonne of fireworks in around 8 minutes – all to a sound track designed by BBC Radio 1’s Rob da Bank.  The wireless firing system worked brilliantly – synchronising all elements of the show – from numerous locations around the festival.  We also fired out a few thousand furry Bestival ‘bugs’ into the crowd too.  Next stop November the 5th …
